DATGANIAD O GENHADAETH

DYSGU GYDA’N GILYDD,
LLWYDDO GYDA’N GILYDD

Rydym yn anelu i greu amgylchedd hapus, gofalgar a diogel lle gall bob plentyn gwrdd yn llawn â’u potensial a datblygu hunan hyder ac annibyniaeth, wedi’i seilio mewn awyrgylch o barch.

GWELEDIGAETH YR YSGOL

Rydym wedi ymrwymo i weithio mewn partneriaeth gyda disgyblion, rhieni a chymuned yr ysgol i:

  • Greu amgylchedd hapus a threfnus lle mae holl gymuned yr ysgol yn teimlo’u bod yn cael eu parchu a’u gwerthfawrogi.
  • Paratoi a chefnogi ein disgyblion ar gyfer eu dyfodol trwy ddarparu fframwaith o’r gwerthoedd, y sgiliau a’r wybodaeth graidd fydd ei hangen arnynt i dyfu, yn unigol ac yn gymdeithasol, ym mhob agwedd o fywyd – moesol, ysbrydol, cymdeithasol, academaidd, ymarferol a chorfforol.
  • Annog plant i ddatblygu synnwyr o berthyn trwy brofi diwylliant, iaith a thraddodiadau Cymru, tra’n parchu gwerthoedd diwylliannau eraill.
  • Datblygu plant hyderus, hapus sy’n mwynhau dysgu ac sy’n barod i ddelio â thasgau gan ddefnyddio meddwl annibynnol ac amrywiaeth o sgiliau priodol.
  • Darparu sail gadarn yn yr holl feysydd cwricwlaidd, gyda phwyslais arbennig ar lythrennedd, rhifedd, cymhwyso sgiliau gwyddonol a TGCh.
  • Annog pryder am, a dealltwriaeth o bobl eraill a’r amgylchedd, o fewn yr ysgol, y cartref a’r byd ehangach.

SUCCEED TOGETHER

We aim to create a happy, caring and secure environment where each child can reach their true potential and develop self-confidence and independence, grounded in an atmosphere of mutual respect.

SCHOOL VISION

We are committed to working in partnership with pupils, parents and the school’s community to:

  • create a happy well-ordered environment in which all of our community feel respected and valued.
  • prepare and support our pupils for their future by providing a framework of the core values, skills and knowledge they will need to grow, both individually and socially in all areas of life – moral, spiritual, social, academic, practical and physical.
  • encourage children to develop a sense of belonging by experiencing the culture, language and traditions of Wales whilst respecting the values of other cultures.
  • develop confident, happy children who enjoy learning and are prepared to tackle tasks using independent thinking and a range of appropriate skills.
  • provide a sound basis in all curriculum areas, with particular emphasis on literacy, numeracy, and the application of scientific and ICT skills.
  • encourage concern for, and understanding of, other people and the environment, within the school, the home and the wider world.
