Important Message re  FLU Immuniasation  for all pupils in Primary Phase and Secondary Phase 

Hello Parent/Guardian

FLU season is approaching and Powys School Immunisation team will be delivering the NASAL FLU Immunisation in all Powys schools – PRIMARY (September-October) SECONDARY (November – December). ALL students from Reception thru to YEAR 11 are eligible for the free vaccination. FLU clinics will also be held across sites in Powys. (An injectable form of the immunisation will be available for students who meet a specific criteria)

PLEASE see below the LINK to the FLU IMMUNISATION WEBSITE which gives direct access to the Electronic Consent form that is required to be complete for each student. Whether a YES or NO consent.

Please complete the E-Consent forms ASAP please for your child/young person.
