Urdd

Oherwydd bod dyddiadau cystadlaethau yr Urdd yn gynnar y flwyddyn nesaf a fyddech cystal ac ymaelodi eich plentyn mor fuan a phosib os yr ydych am i’ch plentyn gymryd rhan.  Byddwyn yn cynnal ymarferion Dawnsio Gwerin a Dawnsio Disgo/ Creadigol yn ystod y tymor yma, bydd hefyd rhai ymarferion ar ôl ysgol –mwy o fanylion i ddilyn.

As the Urdd competitions are early next year can you please pay membership ASAP if you wish for your child to take part. We will start practising the Folk Dancing, Disco/ Creative dance during this term, there will also be some practices after school – more information to follow. 

Bydd Cystadleuaeth Cogurdd/ Poburdd yn cael ei gynnal cyn hanner tymor yr Hydref.

The Cogurdd/ Poburdd competiton will be held before October half term.

Aelodaeth yr Urdd 2026/27

Mae aelodaeth yr Urdd ar gyfer 2026/27 AR AGOR. Gallwch chi fel rhieni gofrestru eich plentyn, felly ewch amdani fel ein bod ni’n cael gymaint o Faldwyn yn aelodau â phosib! Dilynwch y ddolen er mwyn cofrestru – https://urdd.cymru/cy/ymuno/

Cofiwch fod rhaid bod yn aelod o’r Urdd i gystadlu yn Eisteddfod yr Urdd, mynychu Adrannau/Uwch-adrannau, mynychu clybiau chwaraeon, ac i fynychu rhai teithiau/gweithgareddau lleol. Mae’n bwysig felly fod pob plentyn yn ymaelodi cyn gynted â phosib.

Urdd Membership 2026/27

Urdd membership for 2026/27 is now OPEN. Parents can register pupils, so let’s do our best to ensure that as many children and young people from Maldwyn as possible become members!

Please remember that children must be Urdd members in order to compete in the Urdd Eisteddfod, attend Junior and Senior Urdd clubs, take part in Urdd sports clubs and attend certain local trips and activities

It is therefore important that all children join as soon as possible.

Nofio / Swimming

Bydd Nofio yn cychwyn wythnos nesaf, bydd y disgyblion angen gwisg nofio, tywel a gogls mewn bag

Swimming will start next week, the pupils will need swimwear, a towel and goggles in a bag :-

Dydd Llun / Monday –   Bl 5 a 6 AD,

                                           Bl 4 LJ,

                                           Bl 3 SM

Dydd Gwener / Friday – Bl 3 a 4 CM

Beicio Bl 6 / Yr 6 Cycling.

Os nad ydych wedi dychwelyd y llythyr a fyddech cystal a’i ddychwelyd erbyn 28/9/26.
