Dydd Gwener – Friday
18.02.22
Mae’r Tîm Eco yn trefnu diwrnod ‘Dress to Express’ dydd Gwener nesaf ar gyfer staff a disgyblion.
Mae hi’n Wythnos Iechyd Meddwl Plant yr wythnos hon! Mae’r wythnos ymwybyddiaeth hon wedi’i chynnal yn flynyddol ers 2015 i dynnu sylw at bwysigrwydd iechyd meddwl pobl ifanc.
Teimlai y Tîm Eco bod mynegi eich hunain yn holl bwysig o fewn Iechyd Meddwl ein disgyblion. Mae mynegi eich hun yn ymwneud â dod o hyd i ffyrdd i rannu teimladau, meddyliau, neu syniadau, trwy greadigrwydd. Gallai hyn fod trwy gelf, cerddoriaeth, ysgrifennu a barddoniaeth, dawns a drama, ffotograffiaeth a ffilm, a gwneud gweithgareddau sy’n gwneud ichi deimlo’n dda. Mae’n bwysig cofio nad yw gallu mynegi eich hun yn ymwneud â bod y gorau ar rywbeth na chynnal perfformiad i eraill. Mae’n ymwneud â dod o hyd i ffordd i ddangos pwy ydych chi, a sut rydych chi’n gweld y byd, a all eich helpu i deimlo’n dda amdanoch chi’ch hun.
Felly, mae’r Tîm Eco yn gwahodd y disgyblion i gyd i ddod i’r ygsol yn nillad ‘Dress to Express’. Gall hyn fod yn liw sy’n mynegi sut maent yn teimlo, gwisgo i fyny fel pwy yr ydynt eisiau bod pan fyddant yn hŷn neu gwisgo yn eu ffordd greadigol eu hunain.
Mae’r Tîm yn gofyn am gyfraniad o £1 er mwyn codi arian ar gyfer y Tîm Eco er mwyn cefnogi prosiectau yn y dyfodol.
The Eco Team are organising a ‘Dress to Express’ day next Friday for staff and pupils.
This week is Children’s Mental Health Week! This awareness week has been held annually since 2015 to shine a spotlight on the importance of young people’s mental health.
The Eco Team feel that expressing ourselves is important in the Health and Wellbeing of students. It’s about finding ways to share feelings, thoughts, or ideas, through creativity. This could be through art, music, writing and poetry, dance and drama, photography and film, and doing activities that make you feel good. It’s important to remember that being able to express yourself is not about being the best at something or putting on a performance for others. It is about finding a way to show who you are, and how you see the world, that can help you feel good about yourself.
Therefore, the Eco team invite all pupils to come to school in their own clothes to ‘Dress to Express’. This can be a colour that expresses how they feel, dressing up as who they aspire to be when they’re older or dress in their own creative way.
The Team are asking for a contribution of £1 to raise money for the Eco Team to support future projects.
