The School Immunisation Team will be attending Ysgol Llanfyllin school on 25/11/2025 to carry out the FLU NASAL SPRAY VACCINATION. Attached to this email is a e-consent form which must be completed before 23/11/2025 with either a yes consent or a no consent.
