Yn ddiweddar rydym wedi cael rhai achosion o lau pen yn yr ysgol yn y Cyfnod Cynradd yn ogystal â’r Cyfnod Uwchradd. Gofynnwn i rieni/ ofalwyr wirio gwallt eu plentyn/ plant er mwyn atal y ffrindiau diangen hyn rhag lledaenu.
Mae yn bosib derbyn y driniaeth am ddim o fferyllfa yn yr ardal sydd yn rhan o gynllun Gwasanaeth Anhwylderau cyffredin. Mae Danby’s yn Llanfyllin yn un o’r rhain. Sut bynnag nid yw’r gwasanaeth ar gael yn sir Amwythig. Bydd angen gwneud apwyntiad efo’r fferyllydd. Bydd yr apwyntiad yn cymryd tua 15 munud pryd y bydd angen cwblhau gwaith papur cofrestru. Hefyd mae’n rhaid i chi fod wedi cofrestru gyda meddyg teulu i fod yn gymwys.
We have had some recent cases of head lice in the school in both the Primary and Secondary Phase. We please ask that parents/carers ensure that they check their child/children’s hair to prevent the spread of these unwanted friends!
It is possible to receive the treatment free of charge from a pharmacist in the area who participates in the Common Ailments Service. Danby’s in Llanfyllin is one of these. However, the service is no longer available in Shropshire. You will need to make an appointment with the pharmacist. The appointment will take approximately 15 mins during which time you will have to complete registration paperwork and you must be registered with a GP to qualify.
