Annwyl Riant/Ofalwr,

Diwrnod Dillad eich Hunan neu Esgidiau Glaw
Ar ddydd Gwener Rhagfyr 3ydd 2021, bydd diwrnod lle y gall disgyblion wisgo naill ai eu dillad eu hunain neu esgidiau glaw. Bydd hyn ar gyfer yr holl flynyddoedd a disgyblion.
Eleni, rydym yn cymryd rhan yn y gystadleuaeth ‘First Give’, a dydd Gwener mae disgyblion ym mlwyddyn 9 yn gobeithio codi ymwybyddiaeth o’r gefnogaeth sydd ar gael yn ein cymuned leol gan yr elusennau a ganlyn: Shelter Cymru, Tŷ Gobaith, Sefydliad DPJ a Mongomeryshire Family Crisis. Maent yn gobeithio codi ymwybyddiaeth o faterion mewn cymdeithas wrth godi arian ar yr un pryd.

Os hoffai’ch plentyn gymryd rhan, bydd cost o £1, caiff yr arian a godir ei rannu rhwng yr elusennau. Yn y bore, bydd bwcedi ar gyfer rhoi arian ynddyn nhw yn nhu blaen yr ysgol a bydd aelod o staff yno’n gofalu am y casgliad hwn. Oherwydd y sefyllfa bresennol gyda Covid 19, ni ellir rhoi unrhyw newid (arian) i ddisgyblion.
Mae rhagor o wybodaeth am y gystadleuaeth ‘First Give’, lle bydd un o’r elusennau a ddewiswyd gennym yn ennill £ 1,000, i’w gweld ar y wefan ganlynol: www.firstgive.co.uk.

Dear Parent/ Carer,

Own Clothes or Wellies for Wellbeing Day

On Friday 3rd December 2021, there will be a day where pupils can wear either their own clothes or wellies. This will be for all years and pupils.

This year, we are taking part in the ‘First Give’ competition and, on Friday, pupils in year 9 hope to raise awareness of the support available in our local community from the following charities: Shelter Cymru, Hope House, DPJ Foundation and Montgomeryshire Family Crisis. They are hoping to raise awareness of issues in society while raising money at the same time.

If your child would like to take part, it will cost £1 and the money raised will be split between the charities. In the morning, buckets will be left in the front of the school where a member of staff will supervise collection.

Due to the current situation with Covid-19, no change will be given.

Further information about the ‘First Give’ competition, where one of our chosen charities will win £1,000, can be found on the following website: www.firstgive.co.uk.

Yours faithfully,

Mrs J. Hughes
