We hope all students have felt more comfortable in their choice of uniform or PE kit during the recent hot weather. We would like to confirm that on return to school on the 3rd September all pupils will be expected to be in full school uniform, no leggings permitted. We would like to draw particular attention to the rules around jewellery, hair and make-up. Pupils are permitted to only wear one stud in each ear and a watch. Pupils will be required to remove any other jewellery regardless of when they have had the piercing done. Hair must not be dyed any unnatural colours and no false nails, nail varnish or false eyelashes are permitted. Staff will be carrying out uniform checks on the first day back and sanctions will be enforced for those not following the Uniform Policy. This may include withdrawal from lessons. We appreciate your support in ensuring that your child returns to school ready to learn and compliant with the uniform policy and with all the required equipment.
