Dear Parents,
Fluenz Nasal Immunisation programme.
The school immunisation service will return to the school for the final mop up immunisation session on 26th November to complete the nasal spray for the students where we have a completed e-consent form already in place. This includes seeing the students who were absent or refused on our first visit to the school. If you have already completed a e-consent form, you do not need to complete another, however there are any changes in your child’s health, or if they have had the fluenz immunisation in the last few weeks with the GP. Or you wish to alter your consent. Please call immunisation service on 07754452899 or let the school know prior to our visit as the service is very busy delivering this programme and we do not want to miss any important information. If you did not complete the e-consent form originally but you would like your child to still have the vaccination, please complete the e-consent form that was sent by the school originally and we shall get the vaccination given at the mop up session.
