Blwyddyn 6 – Year 6

Cynhelir diwrnodau Pontio Ysgol Llanfyllin a’r Ddydd Iau 30ain o Fehefin a Dydd Gwener y 1af o Orffennaf.  Bydd y diwrnodau yn rhoi cyfle i ddisgyblion y cyfnod cynradd cael mwy o flas o’r cyfnod uwchradd drwy cyfarfod a’u hathro dosbarth a samplu rhai gwersi. Byddant hefyd yn cymryd rhan mewn gweithgareddau pontio gyda disgyblion eraill yn eu grŵp tiwtor.  Byddant yn gallu mynd ar y bws ysgol neu gael eu gollwng o flaen yr ysgol erbyn 8:50 y.b. a’u casglu am 3:25 y.p, neu eu cludo adref ar y bws. Bydd staff wrth law i gynorthwyo ac arwain y disgyblion.

Gwybodaeth Bwysig i Rieni   

  • ·        Mae’r Diwrnod Pontio rhwng 8:50y.b. a 3:25y.p. Ddydd Iau 30ain o Fehefin a Dydd Gwener y 1af o Orffennaf.    
  • ·        Rhaid i ddisgyblion sy’n teithio mewn car gael eu gollwng a’u casglu o flaen yr ysgol. Bydd staff wrth law i gynorthwyo’r disgyblion.  
  • ·        Os ydach yn casglu eich plant cofiwch fod y bysus ysgol yn casglu o flaen yr ysgol hefyd, felly byddwch yn ofalus wrth gasglu a pharcio gyda’r bysus ysgol o gwmpas.  
  • ·        Nid oes angen i ddisgyblion wisgo gwisg ysgol. Fodd bynnag, bydd disgyblion angen gwisgo’n addas ar gyfer gweithgareddau Ymarfer corff ar brynhawn dydd Iau.  
  • ·        Bydd angen i ddisgyblion ddod a cas pensiliau gyda beiro, pensel, rhwbiwr a phensiliau lliw (os yn bosib).  Dewch â gwisg ymarfer corff (siorts a chrys-t) ar gyfer dydd Iau 30 Mehefin.   
  • ·        Bydd disgyblion yn medru defnyddio cyfleusterau’r ffreutur yn ystod amser egwyl ac amser cinio neu gallant ddod a phecyn cinio.     
  • ·        Bydd angen i’r holl ddisgyblion cwblhau y ffurflen ganiatâd biometrig a’r ffurflen cipio data cyn y diwrnod pontio (dolenni isod). Bydd hyn yn ein galluogi i osod eu printiau bawd neu godau pin yn ystod y bore. Os na fyddant yn cwbwlhau y ffurflen hon, ni fyddant yn medru cael mynediad i gyfleusterau’r ffreutur ar y diwrnod.  Bydd yr eitemau a brynir yn y ffreutur yn ymddangos ar ParentPay ym mis Medi pan fydd Cyfrifon ParentPay wedi ei actifadu.  

Ysgol Llanfyllin Transition Days will be held on Thursday 30th June and Friday the 1st of July.  The days will give the primary phase pupils the opportunity to have further experiences in the secondary phase, meet their form teacher and sample some lessons.  They will also be taking part in some transition activities with other pupils in their tutor groups.  They will be able to access the school bus or should they need to be dropped off at the front of the school by 8:50am and collected at 3:25pm, or taken home by the bus.  Staff will be on hand to help and guide the pupils.

Important Information for Parents  

  • ·        The Transition Days are between 8:50am and 3:25pm on Thursday 30th June and Friday 1st of July.    
  • ·        Pupils travelling by car must be dropped off and collected at the front of the school.  Staff will be present to assist the pupils.  
  • ·        If collecting your children please be aware the school buses will be collecting from the front of school, so please be careful when collecting and not to park to obstruct the school buses.  
  • ·        Pupils do not need to wear school uniform.  Pupils will need to be suitably dressed to take part in PE activities on Thursday.  
  • ·        Pupils will need to bring a pencil case containing a pen, pencil, rubber and colouring pencils (if possible).  Please bring PE kit (shorts and a t-shirt) for Thursday 30th June.  
  • ·        Pupils will be able to use the canteen facilities at break and lunchtime or they can bring in a packed lunch.    
  • ·        All parents will need to complete the Biometric and Data Capture Form consent form before Transition Day (links below).  This will enable us to set up their thumb prints or pin codes during the morning.  If they do not complete the form, they will not be able to access the canteen facilities on the day.  Items purchased in the canteen will be billed on ParentPay in September when ParentPay accounts have been activated.
