Annwyl Rieni a Gofalwyr,

Yn dilyn arweiniad pellach gan Lywodraeth Cymru, mae’r weithdrefn o gyflwyno canlyniadau profion Llif Ochrol wedi newid.

O Ddydd Sul Ebrill 18fed 2021 dylai disgyblion anfon eu canlyniadau fel a ganlyn:

  1. Dilynwch y drefn arferol o hysbysu’r GIG o’r canlyniad, p’un ai yw yn bositif, yn negyddol neu’n wag.
  2. Hysbyswch Ysgol Llanfyllin ddim ond os yw y prawf yn BOSITIF – gallwch wneud hyn drwy e-bostio office@llanfyllin.powys.sch.uk  

Mae yn hanfodol eich bod yn cynnwys y canlynol yn eich e bost :- ENW LLAWN eich plentyn, DOSBARTH a DYDDIAD GENI

Os yw eich plentyn yn cael prawf LFT positif, rhaid i unrhyw un sydd yn byw gyda chi neu unrhyw un yn eich swigen gymorth hunan ynysu yn unol â chanllawiau cenedlaethol a lleol a dylent archebu prawf PCR (COVID-19).

AR GYFER PROFION PCR (Covid-19) POSITIF YN UNIG  
Os bydd canlyniad y prawf PCR (Covid-19) hefyd yn bositif, rhowch wybod i’r ysgol ar unwaith am y canlyniad. Gall hyn hefyd gael ei wneud drwy anfon e bost i gyfeiriad   office@llanfyllin.powys.sch.uk  
  • Os yw canlyniad y prawf PCR (Covid-19) yn negyddol yna gall y disgybl ddychwelyd i’r ysgol. Sut bynnag os bydd eich plentyn yn teimlo’n sâl mae’n well iddynt ohirio dychwelyd hyd nes y bydd wedi bod 48 awr yn rhydd symptomau.

Dear Parents and Carers,

Following further guidance received from the Welsh Government, the procedure for submitting the results for the Lateral Flow Testing has changed.

From Sunday, 18th April, 2021 pupils should submit their results as follows:

  1. Follow the normal procedure of informing the NHS of the test result, whether it is Positive, Negative or Void.
  2. Inform Ysgol Llanfyllin only if the result is POSITIVE – you can do this by emailing office@llanfyllin.powys.sch.uk

It is vital that you include in the email your child’s FULL NAME, FORM and DATE OF BIRTH

If your child tests positive from an LFT test, anyone who lives with you and anyone in your support bubble must self-isolate in accordance with current national and local guidance and should book a PCR (COVID-19) test.

FOR POSITIVE  PCR (Covid-19) TESTS ONLY  
If the PCR (Covid-19) test result is also positive, please report the result to the school immediately. This can also be done via the office@llanfyllin.powys.sch.uk email address.  
  • If the PCR (Covid-19) test is negative then the pupil can return to school.  However, if your child is unwell it is best that they delay their return until they are 48 hours symptom free.
