Mi fydd gweddill disgyblion y Cyfnod Cynradd hefyd yn cael y cyfle i gyfarfod a’u hathrawes newydd ar gyfer mis Medi (os ydynt yn symyd dosbarth). Tomorrow, year 6 pupils will going to the Secondary Phase for their transition day. The rest of the Primary Phase pupils will have the opportunity to meet their new teacher for September (if they are moving class).
